The GridWay Approach and Methodology:
GridWay works closely with the client in order to obtain a solid understanding of the requirements and/or problems that need to be resolved before proposing a solution. We start with a Technical Discovery of the server and network environment so that we gain a better understanding of what is currently in place. We help the client identify the areas that need to be addressed in order to make the right recommendations moving forward.
During the Planning Stage we draw upon the expert advice of various members of our Professional Services team. Working collaboratively, we architect the solution and if necessary prepare proposals with different options for the client to consider, always mindful of the client’s budget parameters. Following industry best practices, we put together a Statement of Work and develop a project plan.
When our solutions require computer hardware and software components, we recommend products from the major Tier One manufacturers in the industry. We build the bill of materials and obtain the relevant quotes for the client and facilitate the product procurement for the particular project.
Working closely with the client, we carefully plan the implementation so that downtime, if any, is minimized. We understand that communication is paramount and we will draft correspondence as required to keep all stake holders informed throughout the project. Following implementation, GridWay can provide ongoing support through a customized Managed Services agreement so that clients can gain the best return on their investment.
